Richard Lombardi Plumbing

Replaced part which broke when called to replace broken part charged full cost to repair as opposed to accepting responsibility and negotiating the cost. Was very unprofessional. Too bad because I used them in the past and they were great. Assistant Mike did not meet expectations.

I've used them for my plumbing needs for the last 10 years. Gus, the owner, is always prompt, Courteous and the work is always excellent. He's kept my 100 year old house up & running, from repairing slow plumbing, replacing busted steam pipes the length of the house, installing outdoor spigots for the garden, installing new bathroom plumbing, etc.
