        Do not like the phone robot but after getting past that is really.good.

        We are not insured with this company - nor would we ever be! Their insured hit us. Minor incident, but $2600 in damages. It took almost 60 days to resolve and that was only because the insured called numerous times and filed complaint. I am sick to death of businesses blaming their lack of due diligence and work ethic on COVID.

        People who have managed to talk with an agent at this company are doing a lot better than I am. I have never reached an agent. It will take me a while to get my homeowner's insurance away from Traveler's, but I will do it.
