The people here are awesome, we had a great time getting a new car. They were so nice, so easy to deal with and really made the whole experience so easy. We went several places car shopping before this and felt so preyed upon and disgusted with the other car dealership pushy tactics. This place was easy breezy and we had a great time! They also host events for people in the area to get people together who like the same types of cars or if you just want some free donuts!

I love coming here for service/repairs on my Clubman. Todd was great but is no longer here. Ruben is my new go to and has made the transition completely seamless. Hes really awesome! Ruben knows everything that has been previously done to my car. Ive got nothing but good things to say about him and this place. I dont know a whole lot about cars but he listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I totally trust these guys and their honesty when it comes to repairing the things Ive broken on my car. And on the plus side, the pricing isnt totally outrageous! Also, jokingly I asked if they wanted to do an oil change on my Ford after they were done with my mini and, he said YES! When does that ever happen! So I was able to knock out 2 cars in one shot! Of course the parts had to be outsourced (took a total of 30 min) but, I didnt have to go across town to service my husbands truck and waste another 2-3 hours of the day. I just want to say thank you to everyone here thats been able to make my experience the best every time I come here

I bought my Mini S in 2010 with 4 miles from Sandia. I sold it last month with 112,000 wonderfully enjoyable miles. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the Mini I wanted and the Subaru Crosstrek with a 6sp manual became available. As you can see by the photo Sandia Albuquerque is still with my thoughts of a great dealership.

Sandia Mini Service Department in Albuquerque has maintained my 2016 Clubman and 2017 JCW Hardtop, since my family relocated to New Mexico in the fall of 2017. Most of my interactions have been with Service Lead, Mr. Todd Love. Regardless of the service department representative I dealt with, they have consistently been courteous, candid and informative which allows me to make the most informed decision concerning the maintenance and repair of my vehicles. I have no doubt the extraordinary level of customer service I receive from the service department, permeates throughout the entire organization at Sandia Mini of Albuquerque. THANK YOU AGAIN Sandia Mini. Yesterday the 17th we purchased our 3rd Countryman from your dealership. We are always treated with respect and kindness. Since 2012 we have motored in a Sandia Countryman which works perfect for our needs. When we have been in for routine service, Todd always makes sure we have a Mini or Clubman or Countryman to drive for the day. Todd and crew makes sure our ride is in great shape and updated and always cleaned before it's returned to us after regular service. Sales people are super. We all have dealt with the usual, what can you pay, let me go to the boss, then the boss sends a counter offer and it's an all day bargain session. NOT WHAT HAPPENS AT SANDIA MINI. And the new manager at Sandia, Ms Frankie Irwin knows her stuff. Knows her cars and it's a no push, let's just get you in a car you'll love, kind of experience. Frankie is not worried about giving out her cell number for any kind of needed contact with her. She's a very sincere lady. And the Finance Director, Chet Wagner at Sandia BMW was considerate, patient and very helpful explaining our warranty options. We drove home, 3 hours west of Albuquerque yesterday afternoon in our 2021 JCW Countryman with huge grins on our faces. Anyone looking to buy a new or used car needs to go to Sandia BMW.
