Tried to use his business.
Joe was great to come and give an estimate. Was supposed to clean my saltillo floor on June 29, 2020. We waited and then much later I notice a message that he couldn't get supplies due to COVID but never called back. I called many, many times to reschedule. In March, 2021 I called again and he gave me a new bid, which I was perfectly fine with. Made an appointment for April 5. After that date, he never came and didn't ever call back or answer any of my messages. I believe he does great work but if he didn't want to do my job, he should have just said instead of me hounding him for weeks with no response. Pretty frustrating but I know he is a great hard working guy. I sent a message that if you don't want my business, let me know.....never responded. I still don't have my floors done.

I reached out to Joe several times before he returned my calls to set up an estimate. We agreed on a date only to have him cancel a few hours before meeting which I understood. He came out the next day, a Friday (4/2/21), and said he would have an estimate to us on Saturday (4/3) along with some additional information. It has now been almost two weeks,(4/15/21) and still no estimate or replies to three of my texts. Very unprofessional. BTW he seems to be a very nice man but terrible at responding to commitments he makes.

Cleaned, stained and sealed my entire house grout. Repaired cracked grout perfectly. Everything looks like new. On-time, professional, friendly. Left me with some materials if needed. Top recommendation.
