This place is great, we walked threw that door and immediately we are offered help, lots to choose from and explained to us the difference types of floor and what would work best for needs. I highly recommend this place.

In the last six months I've been to 90% of the flooring stores in my area. Most either had no clue about their products, ignored me completely or didn't really want to help me due to my small project size. LL was not that way. The local staff were always helpful, courteous and let me browse around and feel everything on my visits to the store. I was amazed that they were so kind and helpful and actually knew something about their product. The "big box" stores and even the smaller ones never seemed to know anything other than what was on the website or printed on the box. Their staff was never the same. Calling them was always a hassle and no one ever knew anything. NOT at LL Flooring. The same folks who I met in June were the same folks who were there when I picked up my flooring in Dec! That says something about the company. And they always either knew the answer to my questions or immediately found the answers. Not once did anyone say to me "just visit the website, it's all there" as most of the other stores did. Thanks LL for the great service. This is the first room of our house to get new flooring and I'm sure I'll be back again for much more next time. Like I said: I visited almost every floor store and only LL and one other small local shop that has been here 50+ years even came close to providing what I would consider the minimum level of service. LL went above and beyond ever single time.
