        Unprofessional staff who curse at families trying to schedule their loved ones to be taken home. Unresponsive all day as well.

        We were requesting the help of an employee named Doug, after running into some snags with medical equipment companies, and timelines, which pushed our pick up one hour. When our family reached out to this company, we were met with being yelled at and refused services, because of something out of our control. My advice, if your family is going through a rough time and is in need of help, do not use this company. Absolutely despicable.

        The driver Jerome was very compassionate and considerate of the patient's needs and concerns. The ride was very smooth and did not cause the patient any discomfort during transport. The driver Jerome made sure comfort was maintained at all times and was very polite and professional.
