My husband and I went to ListenUp to look for options in upgrading our surround sound system. We were told to take photos of inside our home so that ListenUp staff could lead us in the right direction in selecting the right equipment for our needs. It has been a few weeks and no one has responded to our inquiry (email). Seems pretty clear ListenUp did not want our business.

We have needed a new stereo system for years but had a profound fear of shopping for one. We're technophobes whose last system was from the 90's, so shopping online was entering a confusing new world. We decided we needed in-person help. Shawn Mills and Listen Up saved us from our fears and sent us home with exactly the right system for us. Shawn patiently listened carefully to our needs, figured out what would work for us, encouraged us to listen as much as we wanted, and fully explained the system, the setup, and our options.
