Quality Inn & Suites Downtown - University Area

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was charged a $50 incidental hold, which was fine. As soon as I checked out the next day, my card was charged another $100 for unknown reasons. I contacted the hotel and kept being given the runaround and got no where. The $50 nor the $100 was ever returned to me. This hotel is in the business of committing fraud, so I would steer clear of this place. A police report was filed.

You get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were fairly clean. I wish there were elevators. There was also a hot buffet breakfast available with a decent amount of variety. The pool and spa are outside, but they were both closed. The exercise room was also closed due to COVID. Overall, the hotel was pretty decent for the low price.

If you can, skip this hotel. It’s in a sketchy part of town, lots of homeless/drunk people hanging around. Room was okay, but you could tell the sheets hadn’t been changed. There was so much hair.

HOT BREAKFAST BAR. Friendly staff. Large, clean rooms. BIG bathtub. Has an enclosed courtyard for smoking. Reasonable price. Pet friendly. 10/10, Will return.
