This was a bad pick
Desk staff seemed confused at check in gave us keys that didn't work.
New guy at desk when I went back down 2 minutes later ( He was sweet) He made us a new key. Opened the door only to find not any window covering. No drapes no shades no nothing just filthy windows.
I went downstairs again and asked no window coverings? He looked as shocked as we were. Finally brought us a sheet to cover window yeah that didn't work. 2 am people having a great conversation right outside our door and the door slamming began.
We had driven 1000 miles that day and been caught In a flash flood . Checked in at 11 pm gave up at 4 am
Called at 9 am with my complaint
Don't think that did any good

Not to mention they don't have any kind of services license to be serving food the way they do

Dont believe what they have listed on the website it says breakfast included which its not if you pay $5.00 per person you can get breakfast and its not cook fully and for the price it isnt worth it and you can only pay for a week at a time they have no monthly rates and Shirley at the feont desk is very rude and fake in front of her boss tv connection is terrible channels are static on most of them the wifi cuts in and out and was out for 3 days and of course the first day my children had school and had to be on their cheomebooks for school so had to find somewhere to go all day today for them to do there schooling and if you are out past the time the front doors are open then you have to drive or walk around another motel with alot of police activity to get to Amerstone Inn not safe feeling walking through there
