        Very unprofessional company. Unfortunately my apt complex management was taken over by this business and they have no regard for the tenants who have lived there for years with no issues and to have the disrespect and lack of understanding is unbelievable and criminal.

        We scheduled an appointment with Daisi and she called at the last minute that she had forgotten the key and would have to reschedule the apointment for next week. We explained to her that we had to take the time off work (without pay) and would wait for here while she went for the key. She did insisted she would have to make an apppointment for the following week. Called the office, same attitude, asked to speak with management, office told me the manager would not be available for a month. Inconsiderate, unprofessional company.

        The company is very, very unprofessional. After I wrote a bad review on here and filed complaints, this company went back months ago and charged me for " late fees" and anything they could possibly charge me for. Just for retaliation against my reviews and honest opinions on their company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS 0 STAR COMPANY!

      All the fees are clearly detailed in your lease. If you're late you get a late fee. If you pay online then there's never going to be an issued. Late fees are automatically charge in the system.
