We live a far distance from Grants which was discussed before the young man came out to do the estimate. First off he didn't follow the specific directions and got lost. When he came he seemed very professional. He convinced us to do the house, garage and the barn. He made us believe he would be working with the insurance company to get us the most money. He didn't sent the bid to the adjuster as promised. The bid he sent to me showed only the $ amount. There was no breakdown of the costs. I asked for this information to be sent to me but we still have not received anything from them, not even a call to say they aren't interested in doing the job.

Dmitri and his crew were outstanding! They started the job early and finished on time. They cleaned up every area of our property. Dmitri did a walk-through after the roof was finished and took the time with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Which I was! We have used NMRP twice, for two separate houses. The roofs look great and are holding up perfectly. The team was efficient and cleaned up perfectly. They did such a great job. Christian is easy to communicate and work with, responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.
