DO MNOT GET PULLED IN TO FAST TALKING SALES PEOPLE , MOST OF THEM COME FROM TELEAMARKETING BACKGROUND THEY NO NOTHING OF THE ROOFING BUSINESS OR SKILLS , MOST WORKERS OR HIRED OFF THE STREET , LOW WAGES AND NO DRUG TEST ... YOU CAN VIEW THERE WEB PAGE THESE OUT OF STATE OFFICES ARE FAKE... THEY WANT YOU TO SUBMIT TO YOUR INSURANCE THEN THEY ARE KNOWN FOR INFLATEING THE CLOSING CONTACT. THEY TAKE THE HOMEOWNER IN YOUR INSURANCE MOST LIKELY WILL INCREASE, AND THEY TAKE THE INSURANCE COMPANIES, THE BBB HAS REVIEWS, AS WELL AS GOOGLE . THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING MORE THAN PREDATORY MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR OTHER BID . REMEMBER WHEN SOMETHING SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE 99% OF THE TIME ITS NOT. Starting out, I should have known better. We signed up with this company who said they would contact insurance company and arrange all the details for getting a new roof. When that was done they promised a metal roof of my choice. So, I signed a contract, paid half down in March of 2015. Well it is now August of 2015 and still no roof. The person I was in contact with was fired for over promising. The guy, who claimed to be the owner, said that it is typical to wait 6 months for a roof. I do not get roofs done all the time, but I was told 1 month maybe 2. The owner, who could not handle my anger during our 1 phone call, assured me that this roof would be done by August 1. Well it is now the 17th and still no roof, no one will answer the phone, either the their cell phones or the corporate offices. So at this point I am out $2700, have a lien on the home (which is standard) and now will have to go to court to attempt to get the money back, which will not happen, but more importantly will have to get the lien taken off the home. So lesson learned. I would avoid this company.

This company needs to be put out of business. The only way they have ever gotten their customers is through door to door sales telling homeowners they can get a new roof at no cost. They then have you sign a contract with a large inflated price tag, and tell you this contract will be null and void if your insurance company deny's a weather claim. BS!! These scoundrels have hood- winked several homeowners in NE heights this way and the lot of us in the area are thinking of filing a class action suit. They also have some hole in the wall behind the old carrows restaurant on Copper and Juan Tabo with no signage whatsoever. It's like they're here today, gone tommorrow. Beware of this company and if they come a knockin' like a young fast talkin' man named Fermine did at my door slam the it shut and call the police, as these boys don't have permits to go door to door.
