We purchased an insurance policy for a home through Atencio Agency. Rosemary Atencio gave us a quote, took our credit card info, and said she would e-mail us policy forms (in about an hour) to sign and return. This was a Friday; we never got the forms and didn’t know if we were covered by insurance. Meanwhile, they charged our credit card for the policy. We called again Monday and still never got the forms. We found a policy elsewhere (much cheaper and with better service) and canceled the policy with Atencio. Twelve days later we are still awaiting a refund on the canceled policy. Abysmal service!
