I live in northern NM and bought a MS362r from a dealer in Santa Fe. The saw gave me problems from the start. When i took it back to the same dealer they told me it wasn't under warranty. The saw was 1 month old. On top of that the charged me $45 to even look at it. A friend of mine told me about the great guys at Del Pueblo Power Equipment so i gave them a call. They of course told me bring it in, we will look at. These guys ran the serial # and were surprised the other dealer didn't want to warranty it.Del Pueblo ordered the parts and my saw was back and running free of charge. I have yet been to the other dealer and will drive the 150 miles one way to see these guys any day. Respect and Customer Service is what i look for in a business and Del Pueblo Power Equipment has it ALL.

Disappointed with attention to customer service. I just called to inquired about renting a U-haul trailer, and was repeatedly told by the person on the phone that it was a friday before a long weekend and he was busy with customers. Before I could get the last of my questions answered, he told me he had five customers in front of me and hung up on me.
Here's a customer service tip... if you don't have time to attend to a customer on the phone, don't pick the phone up. Simply don't waste our time with half a$$ed customer service. Your customers in front of you are not of more importance than the customer on the phone with you.
Again, if you don't have time to deal with a customer on the phone, don't pick up the phone.
I've used your shop to buy Stihl equipment, get chains sharpened, perform maintenance on power equipment, and to rent Uhaul gear.
You've lost a customer. I won't be back.
