I called this business to repair my slide out, it wouldn't go out, I let him know we were fulltiming in our 5th wheel and had pets, he said we need to take it in, I'm not sure if he knows what mobile RV repair means, he said he would get back to me in a couple days, three weeks later he still has not followed up. I had Zeus mobile RV repair from Albuquerque come out to fix it, he repaired it in less than an hour, Don't waste your time withO Neil RV service .

I had electrical and bathroom problems in my travel trailer that needed immediate attention. I called around and everyone was booked solid. Then when I called O'Neill they said to bring it on in even though they too were busy and also down 2 people. They diagnosed and fixed everything in less than 2 hours, even when I added something else for them to repair at the last minute. Friendly, helpful, honest and accommodating; I highly recommend them if your RV needs servicing while you're in the Elephant Butte area.
