These guys do not know quality work. I don't mean to be dramatic but they didn't use lock washers on bolts installed to hold bunkers in place on my boat trailer . They ( nuts and bunker) fell off and we had to hold them in place while loading the boat on the ramp.They used lag screws to hold side bunkers on instead of doing a quality job with nuts and bolts; they fell off. I had the pleasure of the side bunker falling off on the highway; it could have killed someone. They didn't do complete welds on the brackets underneath the boat. Here is an added touch, they welded used 1/4inch u-bolts on the trailer to be used as transom tie- down points. They broke, that's when I realized what they were. Only an idiot would do that. Shame on me for not doing an in depth inspection upon payment . Beware and steer clear of this circus . I called the owner and he acted like he didn't remember much about it but said he remembered telling me to install bolts on the bunks; he could have easily done that at installation. He said I could bring it back , it's now a 6 plus hour drive and I don't trust his work to fix it nor to even take the boat on the highway to drive there. I wish I could post photos. $800 down the drain and now need to someone to fix their poor work. I would give a zero star if the system let me

Someone answered the phone the 1st time I called and Is eager to do the work. I have yet to see final product but great customer service!
