My grandson passed away on February 5, 2023 , he was 16.  We are distraught due to the nature of his death.  We went into order flowers, here is an enchanted cottage.  Tabitha is a wonderful woman.  She was so kind to us, she gave us lovely antique hankies.  We explained what we were thinking, she gave us so many ideas, she helped to relieve our anxiety.  We placed our order, then I stopped to look around.  In stock she has some very interesting gifts.  When we got to my daughters and we were excited to tell her about the flowers.  She said no flowers, her son didn't like them.  With a heavy heart we had to cancel our order, then tell others no flowers.  Tabitha lovingly sent my grandson a vase of lovely flowers which were given to me to take home after his memorial.  I really appreciate her for this, as I love flowers.  If you need gifts or flowers, please step into Roping Faith Flowers and Boutique!  Say hi to Tabatha for me.

During the worst of times for my daughter and her father-in-law
losing their loves of their lives to Covid, Roping Faith provided such beautiful arrangements for the funeral. But more than that the kindness and the caring words given during the preparation was just unreal. Thank you for for everything!

I ordered an arrangement for my mother for Christmas.  I ordered it on December 22 and arranged for a December 24th delivery.  I received a confirmation email for my order confirming my order and the delivery date.  The flowers didn't arrive.  I called the business on Dec. 26th and couldn't reach a person.  I eventually received a text.  The text said, "I don't know why you were allowed to order for a delivery on the 24th.  We never deliver then."  I replied that it was her business and I have no idea how her delivery works.  She says she refunded my money, but I haven't gotten confirmation from my bank yet.  I agree with the other review that says they should be called "no faith" or "faithless flowers".  Terrible business.

UPDATE: 9-23-22 The business owner values her customers follows thru and did all she could to turn it around to provide great customer service and not only gave a refund but delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my sister to make up for it.
Life happens sometimes, but know, she really values her customers, reputation and her work is absolutely amazing! Many thanks Tabitha! (Pic attached)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering. I thought with almost 5 stars they must be trust worthy. Well, it looks like I'm getting the same run around that other people got 4 months ago & 7 months ago with the same story of "illness". I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and they were never delivered, no notifications, I contacted them and got an email back saying they had to go to the hospital with their child and their child was top priority which I completely support, but when the flowers were still not delivered after that and then when I asked for a refund, they said they delivered them today, when they did not, I'm seeing that this looks like a pattern for this company. Looks like other people are fighting for refunds too. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.
*So now I would actually say order from Roping Faith because she does value her customers and does beautiful work :) 9-23-22
