Michele GallagherSorry, but the woman who runs this water service is a shrew. Do yourself a favor get it somewhere else. And Tipping these people does not ensure good treatment either. . can reschedule...the payment was already there and she kept threatening me and telling her driver to just leave. Literally 3 minutes. Cant deal with heartless.peole anymore. Find another and you qont be spoken to like a dog. Stupid part was she was still screaming after the money arrived. Not a good experience. They are ones who took time prolonging this experience.Today I had a second really toxic situation. This woman has no concern for anybody. Stay away. They start out nice and it goes straight downhill.Also the driver has been tipped $20 for almost all the deliveries and he started the whole toxic event.They got paid within minutes, what's the rudeness is astounding!

They started out great. They would return calls and water delivery was fast. We have had to re drill our well and had to have the tank un covered for inspections and so they will no longer answer our phone calls nor return our messages as they feel this is to un safe to have to walk in a 3 foot area deep. So now we have to pay someone to fill In around The tank again and then pay someone and hope they can un cover it in time for state inspector. we have done what they asked, which has cost us even more money on top of paying for new well to be dug 40k and they still will not return phone calls to us. I recommend that if you need their services you have a back up for when you run out of water because they pick and choose who they get water to. Very poor customer service and lack of communication

Well stopped pumping into cistern and I'm not able to get a well company to pick up the phone or return a message, let alone come out to fix it, and the cistern eventually got pretty low so I gave east mountain water hauling a call and they made it out the next day. Very glad that they're prompt and actually pick up the phone. Compared to what other places on the internet say, their prices are very good also.
