They were 2.5 hours late to pump my septic tank because the driver said they double booked him. Made me miss a doctor's appointment because I told the driver I had to leave in 30 minutes, but he blocked my garage so I couldn't move my car. Said they would send my credit card receipt by email, but a week later I had to call and demand it. Twice I asked to have the manager call me, but she never did. Today she hung up on me when asked why they didn't pump my secondary tank. Have always used American Pumping Service but they have lost their will to offer good customer service. Whatever they respond to this, keep in mind that they are the ones who dropped the ball from beginning to end. Of course, they will try to tell you differently.

Our house is a challenge to get to - especially with a large truck. American Pumping arrived on time, did a great job pumping our septic tank, gave us tips to keep our system in good condition and were very professional.

Was given the number of American Pumping based on whom our water service is through. The gentleman on the phone whom I talked to twice when I called has both times been extremely professional, I should of paid more attention to his name , or asked for it to acknowledge. He got me set up for an appointment within two days of our situation with our sewer alarm going off. Damon when he arrived was very professional, personable, communicative , and thorough with his work, and he cleaned out our lift station. He also told us we should have a clean out line which if it also wasn’t for him and Ernest M whom works at A-1 plumbing and drain we wouldn’t of known which is a big deal in case it needs to be cleaned out. Damon also communicated with Ernest on the road when he left our property, which the extra communication was appreciated. I recommend this company and will use their services for pumping.
