Carlton was always quick to respond with a reply. Always kept you up to date as to service time, whether arrival or finished. As for the work, I needed a deep clean as I am getting ready to sell a house. It was occupied by my 90 year old uncle for the last 5 years as a widower. He had regular cleaning come in but over time, well stains in rugs, and dust and dirt here and there. Carlton and his team were early, worked hard and did a great job for me . Sensational. I highly recommend. The staff at Pure Elegance was very respectful, and payed close attention to details. My windows havent been cleaned and well over a year, and now looks as good as the day they we first and them installed. And the floor...OMG!!! The floor looks like you can literally eat off of it.
