Very concerned over the treatment at CDPHP. I took my son to go get some medication for a new doctor on route nine. Walgreens does not have the generic medication so I call over to the doctors to get name brand they said all right. Well send one over but they never did. Never got a phone call so I called today and now theyre telling me that the doctor wont prescribe the name brand medication. It has to be the generic, well Walgreens doesnt have the generic and nobody does so how does my son get medication and the doctor wont prescribe the medication. Very frustrating when somebody needs medication theres gotta be a better system. And then I have to call all pharmacies to see if they carry it nobody does it for you.

Horrible service, I do NOT recommend to anyone that is serious about their well being and Health Care. Most recently they accepted a fraudulent billing claim from a local hospital for a diagnosis that was never given and will not contact the hospital on my behalf to get the correct chart and diagnosis submitted for correct billing.

Once again, CDPHP has proven themselves to be ahead of all others with their conscientious determination to both understand and help members, which in our particular case once more, was about system issues NOT implicitly their own. Today we were especially fortunate to have TAMARA--Thank you! ----------------------- I should have written this before now, already immensely pleased with CDPHP. Commencing with Fred as our plan rep, his superb manner and service, we next found the call center to be very satisfying. The two individuals helping us a week apart, Keri and Tim, were both competent and efficient. It required a modest, comfortable wait time, furthermore, enhanced by pleasant background music. We have made the transition to Medicare Advantage originating from an excellent referral by my employer. Finally, to top it all off, it is simply wonderful knowing we will continue our great insurance coverage with CDPHP from years prior and now into the future. Thank you, CHPHP!
