Albany Rooter Man

I called to ask if they serve our area, 12202, and they for whatever reason don't despite having the name Albany Rooter Man. I found it incredibly unprofessional.

This is the 4th time Bill has removed a clog in a leaking pipe in my 62 year old septic system. He arrives within a short time after I call the office. He has a calm, reassuring manner that goes a long way when I have a bucket catching water leaking onto my basement floor. He explains every step of what he is doing as he uses the hi-tech equipment. His work is clean. He gives me suggestions to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I would highly recommend Bill from Rooter Man.

Fantastic service! Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. We had just moved into our home in Albany and two weeks later had a big issue with a main line odor in basement and clog. We called and immediately got a response and Dave was here in a couple of hours. He quickly identified the issue and repaired it while he explained every detail and why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. Although it was a little more expensive than some it was well worth it to know it was done right the first time. In the past we had issues with other service companies charging for repeat visits for problems. We will definitely use them for any future needs and recommend them without hesitation.
