Comprehensive Neuropsych

Dr. Frye is an excellent neuropsychologist who strives to provide her patients with helpful tools, practical strategies, guidance, care and contacts for additional services and providers. I have worked with her for a couple of years now, and I would not ask for another psychologist. She is very up-to-date with the science and technology that involves the brain. I would recommend anyone with TBI or PTSD to see her as a patient.

I called and left a message with the office and about 10-15 minutes later I received a phone call from a woman. I didnt catch her name, but she was very, very disrespectful with me, she was hounding me with questions, and drilling me to make sure my issues were medically necessary. Ive never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life with someone who was belittling me, and discriminating my mental health issues. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone; especially if you want to be a new patient!!!!

Apparently not interested in taking new patients. I called to get an appointment and they were very discouraging. They basically told me to go somewhere else and made me feel really embarrassed that I even bothered calling them to inquire.

I’ve been working with CNS and doctor for 3+ years and I can honestly say, they set a standard of care and compassion that all doctors and healthcare professionals should strive to. As a person living with TBI, the pushback and shoving from insurance companies, employers, and the unfortunate stigma surrounding what a brain injury encompasses leave many fending for themselves in a dangerous uncaring world. Dr. Frye and staff and are the best there is and one would be hard pressed to find any better. CNS truly understands what it’s like living with a traumatic brain injury and how it touches everything in your life. Without them, many including myself, would be completely distraught. Dr. Frye is the embodiment of “do no harm.”
