Parking ticket? Fake reviews? Doesnt know about DWIs? Not SHORE if you guys are on the correct page. Jason has been my attorney for 20+ years. I got into quite a bit of trouble in my early 20s. Including TWO DWIs. I believe it was 5 arrests. Never once had to post any bail. Bond. Or whatver. Dont even know exactly how a bond works. Wasnt sentenced to a day in jail for anything. Those that are complaining about having bail set, is it possible that you had a history or even one missed court date in the past? Probably. I can understand the frustration when he cant make appearances in person. Because Ive been there. My first case when one of his colleagues showed I wasnt happy. He looked like a college student. But at the end of the day everything worked out just fine. If you have an attorney that shows up at every hearing which is probably at least 5 from what i recall, then thats who you should question. Good reputable attorneys cant be in multiple courts at the same time. They take care of it behind the scenes. And Im 99.99% sure he didnt sell any dreams. Lawyers dont promise anything. Ever. Anyways my wife made a false statement to the judge and got a protective order. Sheriffs came and escorted me out of the house. Ive been looking for a family lawyer but nobody would give straight answers. $5k-7,500 retainer with no guarantees. And they take $550 an hour of time spent on your case. How do you know if they worked or not? Not possible. I just wanted an attorney to get me visitation asap. Then I get arrested in CT because my wife reported the car stolen. So I called Jason whos number I still have memorized to this day. While giving me advice about stolen vehicle I was surprised that he also does family law now. (At a flat retainer so if its your last penny you dont need to worry about being dropped). What a relief. I have no doubt he will get things done. And his strategy which I wont discuss here for obv reasons, I love it! If you want a good aggressive attorney with balls of steel hes your guy. He knows how the other side thinks because he used to be a prosecutor. I will update on the outcome. And for you skeptics look up my name. Queens, NY. Youll see what Ive said is facts.
