John Muratori, MD

Dr Caiati is great, very thorough, and has genuine concern for his patient I will be seeing him consistently. I was getting about 10-30 fioricet every 1-2 months which is NOT a controlled substance for my tension headaches to relieve the pain. Im not using this daily and go long periods without it but when I need it is a huge problem., Ive been in pharmacy almost 17 years and you have your information wrong. Policy is policy I guess at ny health..I apologize for being worked up and mean as I am a pretty docile person when not in pain or under severe anxiety. put yourself in my shoes. I sincerely apologize for my words to Amanda she does not deserve it, my emotions have been somewhat bipolar with all these new health problems. Dr Caiati gets 5 stars for helping me and correctly diagnosing my hyperthyroidism, correctly treating my sleep disorder and anxiety.

Very poorly run office. Had appointments for me and my husband at 10:45 and 11:15 for yearly check ups. Didn't get out of there until 1:45. To top it off, had 2 girl's stick me 3 times to draw blood, one in each arm and one in my hand, neither girl got 1 drop out. Dr. Muratori is a good dr, but will not go back.

I've been with Dr. Muratori for approximately 30 yrs or so. I followed him from E. Islip to both Bay Shore offices. Mind you, I live in Shirley but to switch Dr.s was never entered my mind. My only issue is the whole Northwell merge. Most all office staff is gone, when calling for a script or an an appointment the staff was always pleasant , now your just another number in their multi billion dollars business. I liked it 100% better before but times change, people have different needs and I'm sure Dr. Muratori needed some sort of a break. He'll have to quit, or I'll have to die before seeing another Dr. He is totally worth my 25-30 minute drive to see him. He's the ONLY one I will see. Thank you Dr. for always being a great, down to earth and caring Dr. 5 stars for Dr. Muratori, 3 1/2 stars for the whole new take over. Sincerely, Gary Mast
