Enid and the Jet Direct team were a pleasure to work with. She took the time to educate me on the process as a first-time home-buyer, was very responsive to emails and calls, and was extremely accommodating and efficient. They made the process of uploading documents very easy, and were quick to assist when needed. I felt very confident in my decision to use Enid as my mortgage loan originator, and would highly recommend others do the same.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. My husband and I had been working with Enid for over a year while we were searching for our first home. Enid was wonderful in the beginning, attentive to all of our texts and calls and always on top of immediately sending us a pre-approval letter when putting a bid on a home.When we did finally find our home and our offer was accepted she became hard to get a hold of and reluctant to lock us into a rate. We fully executed contracts on our home in the beginning of September and Enid refused to lock us into a rate, always coming up with excuses such as, the "rates are going to come down," "Friday isn't a good day to lock in lets check on monday" then monday would come and it would be crickets on her end, not able to get in touch with her. The rates in September according to Enid were 5.75%. Eventually come NOVEMBER after telling her that we were looking for other lenders, she finally became super responsive and decided that she could lock us in at a laughable 7.50%. We hired a new lender at Wells Fargo who we were able to switch to immediately and two weeks later we just closed on our home at a rate of 5.75%. While in the process of letting Jet Direct know that we would not be using their services , Enid's im guessing Boss had the audacity to call my husband and I and leave my husband a threatening voice message of how we should not leave Jet Direct as our lender because we would loose our home as we would not be able to close in time. I believe this company tried to take advantage of my husband and I as we are novice home buyers and we mistakenly put our trust in them. Luckily for my husband and I we aren't as naive as Jet Direct would have hoped and they certainly were not able to take advantage of us. We were able to successfully switch lenders and two weeks later close on our first home with a reasonable rate.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Patrice Flerx and her team at Jet Direct Mortgage for helping us with our mortgage for our first home. From start to finish, she was extremely determined to get us the best rate, was incredibly helpful with all of our questions, and worked diligently with her team to expedite the process which gave us the ability close earlier than we expected. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but Patrice did everything in her power to help us every step of the way.

This is the second time getting a mortgage from Enid and Jet Direct and I wouldnt go anywhere else. In between, Enid is always easy to reach via text for random questions and always made me feel comfortable after talking to her. Her and her team are the fastest in the business and flexible. They are driven to complete your mortgage even faster than you are.

Cant say enough great things about Enid and Courteney throughout our first time home buying experience. They really went above and beyond for us and always had our backs during a very stressful process. They genuinely care about their clients and we will be referring all of our family and friends.
