RealTime Medical Equipment Inc.'s

I have dealt with RealTime more then a few times in the past few years. Joe is very knowledgeable in the equipment we have talked about. The equipments condition was always spoken about up front. His equipment has been exceptional and his explanation and details of them have always been a positive experience. We have never had a problem with the condition when we received it , and if we had questions Joe was always available to assist.

Yesterday I spoke with the owner (Joe ?) and was very impressed with their inventory and ordering/fulfillment process...he also took the time (at least 15 min) to answer every question that I had and addressed my interest in mobile ordering (apparently coming in Q1).

I can't say many positive things about this establishment. They have a very large selection, that at first seems to appeal to those on a constrained budget. The shipping and handling cost seem egregious, the images of their products must be manipulated (the quality of the product I received compared to the image presented online was shocking at best) and if you have an issue with an item you've purchased, you're essentially out of luck. I can't fathom how they have such a positive standing on their online storefronts. Be wary when doing business with this company.
