        This bank is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place is never crowded. You can get the service you want very quickly. The staff is friendly as well. More importantly, you can open an account without an SSN which is very convenient for international students

        A woman teller let a "Doctor" skip in line ahead of me even though I'm cutting it close trying to squeeze a bank transaction before work. I left this location to go to a different one because I was in a rush and felt that's not how clients should be treated. I will never come to this m&t location again.
