        I ordered five classic chicken sandwiches they all did not have lettuce I ordered two without pickles and tomato they all came to me with little scrap of lettuce the special sauce and that was it not even enough lettuce to feed a hamster I will not be purchasing any checkered items anymore

        Me and my husband waited for our meal. And i literally watched two delivery gentlemen pick up a customer order and 3 people had order's. The cashier was the one that pointed out that our order was just sitting there. My husband ate half the burger and I have the boneless wings which had a drizzle the BBQ sauce. The fries had a aftertaste

        Food is ok my biggest issue is people come in there and DO NOT have on masks. Staff say nothing to them!!!!!!

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
