I had pursued a successful career in furniture retail management and sales for many, many years until I fell completely out of love with retail. I eventually decided to explore a whole new career path in the insurance industry, and that's when Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company popped up during my search. Within a two month period I had completed 3 energy- filled interviews with Unit Sales Manager, Delroy Burrell, and on February 13, 2020, I accepted his offer to join the sales team at the Bronx office!
I just recently reached my 1 year mark with Bankers Life in the Bronx office and I must say that I absolutely love the decision I made of making this new career adventure work!!! The level of training for new and veteran agents remains consistent and very thorough, not only within our office but also throughout our Fairfield branch.
The mentoring Ive received from Delroy Burrell and from so many other veteran agents has also helped me tremendously in the advancement in my career.
Lastly, I havent worked with any other company that pays so well and offers such a great bonus structure! I encourage others to research the background of Bankers Life and and to also make the choice to come on board!!!
