I wanted to take the time and review the superb customer service that I received from the CEO as well as the customer support team of Pluto Projects. The marketing material and website production that I received from this company is hand-down, exemplary! The best I have ever used, seen, or even heard of. Considering I am a rusty in the tech department, I needed a little help in many areas to understand how to fully use the technology. Each time I contacted customer support, they responded in a timely manner and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help me with my issue. It gave me comfort to know that I had made the right decision in my purchase. The customer support team listened to my concerns, addressed my issues, and then educated my on the technology. They wanted me to be successful and educated me on how the program worked and operated. I was truly honored and humbled when support stayed on a service call with me for over an hour to help me resolve an issue.
