AVOID!!!
The worst experience and a waste of time. They wasted months of our time over a simple refi. They constantly asked for the same documents we gave them before over and over again only because they can not communicate internally. I'm a real estate investor and worked with a lot of different lenders, no one can top these guys with unprofessionalism. On top of that, they're very disrespectful.

STAY AWAY from this lending company at all costs!! They are unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time. Their customer service is terrible, the application process is a nightmare, and they charge high interest rates and hidden fees. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reputable lender.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this lending company, and I strongly urge others to avoid them. The representatives were incredibly unprofessional and seemed to have no interest in helping me with my loan application. The whole process was a complete waste of my time.
To make matters worse, the company was very unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I had to follow up multiple times to get any sort of response, which caused significant delays in the loan process. When I finally received a response, it was incredibly unhelpful, and I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
The hidden fees were also a major issue. I was surprised to see several additional fees added to my loan that were not disclosed upfront. When I questioned them, the representatives were dismissive and provided no real explanation for the charges.
Overall, I would strongly advise against using this lending company. They are a complete waste of time, and their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency make them an incredibly frustrating choice for anyone in need of a loan. Save yourself the headache and find a different lender that values its customers.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive, rude and unhelpful. I would RUN not walk away from this banker if you have a choice. The people working at the bank are horrible, the customer service is even worse. They are unwilling to do anything. Terrible.
