The medical industry is all about money, not the care of people. So here you have it. I've gotten 6 shots from Dr. tulca for 2 years and still in pain. My problem siatic, nerve damage, to say the least. law enforcement officer retired, former marine. 6 shots in 2 years.....yet problem has not gone away but for two weeks or so, then comes back with vengeance. Yet I've asked for nerve blockers for the 2 years, but his response was oh your insurance, your insurance. So I listened to the good doctor, who I thought was the hero. Finally, the last shot I received ...pain comes back with a week....a facet he called it. I had enough called insurance because you have the right to know where your money is going. Insurance said you've been approved for nerve blockers, and it's been done. I said, "Oh no I been getting facets and cortisone shots, sir. His response... what your Dr ask for you and get money for we send. Your entitle to 4 shots a year. We won't discuss what type of money we sent, but we can tell you a request was made for nerve blockers 3 times, and it was approved. Do you get what I'm saying, people? I received 6 shots, and one was a nerve blocker. When asked why I haven't received more nerve blockers, Dr. tulca response was that your insurance didn't approve it or there's steps. Today, I went to NY pain md....ask for nerve blockers just to see what they would say.Theire response " will see ifyou'rer approved , see where in your spine it needed the most, and if approve, we will do it. 2 years one nerve blocker 6 shots. I guess I was the dummy

Been going there about 7 years now. Doctor T AND there staff are very very helpful and professional. Greatest pain management doctor I have came across. His injections helped me for many years. Lets not forget David in billing always on his game . Ty

Ive been going to dr tuluca for the past 5-6 years with tons of issues he has help me a lot with meds and injections. i definitely recommend him

Please do not confuse the basement where they do NO FAULT/CAR ACCIDENTS and it is a dump with the second floor where is TULUCA MEDICAL PC.THE BASEMENT IT IS NOT PART OF TULUCA MEDICAL PC. MANAGER AT TULUCA MEDICAL P.C

He is a great doctor he has tried his best to control my pain now he referred me to a surgeon..I will continue seeing DR Tuluca..Also his staff are amazing ,respectful and his head nurse Ingrid she is a wonderful amazing person ..They all are very amazing they do care for their patientsI recommend anyone that is looking for a pain management doctor to See DR Tuluca
