Unprofessional, was told i could do my taxes and for the past 2 weeks theyve been holding on to my documents saying their backed up when i was originally told it would be handled by end of week. Waste of time

Will not do any business with this place. They do not stand behind their work. They overcharge people for a simple and basic return. They do not complete the return in the manner required. They do not address issues brought on by them when presented with them. They say you were "trying to commit fraud", but they're the ones preparing the taxes for you. The owner is not honest and he rather dispute with you than fix problems. Shady business practices. Bad customer relations. Don't recommend.

STAY AWAY! - NOT BBB ACCREDITED - Not a reputable place. Shady operations and ownership. They do not stand behind what they do, and they do not care about resolving the issues they cause. They will likely prepare your taxes wrong and not take responsibility when the IRS notifies you of the errors. Seems that the IRS has an eye on them because within the year they catch whatever it is that was done improper by these people. They are overpriced and do not measure up to anything close to what is considered "good".

Good service and knowledge but slightly pricy. I guess you have to pay for good service ... Sure I recommend not only for the service but also customer service.
