Qazi the owner and Jama who works there are reasonable people. But they don't fix your car, their mechanic does. While trying to replace my car's serpentine belt, their mechanic broke 4 different parts one of which was a $600+ BMW radiator. It took 2 days and a lot of frustration to get it fixed and I was forced to pay half of that cost
