My honda was brought into the body shop in bad shape and pretty damaged . Weeks later I go pick up my car and I must say these guys did an amazing amazing job. My car looks completely new as if nothing ever happened. Thanks again Plaza Body Shop

I own a 2022 Kia K5 and lets just say I havent had the best of luck with it so far . I had a broken side view mirror and a messed up bumper. Plaza body shop made the whole experience easy. David is the guy in there to see and hes always helpful. He ensures he gets you the best price on material and charges you the lowest he can for installation. Hes clear and concise in his communication with you about your vehicle and its repair. Would recommend anyone to bring there care here for sure ! Service: Body & Trim

the worst ever. both workmanship and customer service. if you are into being disrespected do business with them. they asked for 2,5 times more money than other shop, so I thought they gotta be pro and insurance will pay for it. it took them 6 weeks and I got my car back with rat infestation, misaligned parts, broken part, dirty interior and permanent damage to my roof. the way they store cars is one on top of another using lifts so if the car above is dripping liquids you are gonna have permanent damage to your cars paint. really disgusting customer service. never called back car is ready for pickup, threatened to charge me for estimate, than kept saying come next week for corrections. they didn't tighten air hose and that got me stranded at relatives. less handy person would not be able to troubleshoot the problem and would have to pay for towing and repair at a dealer. my mechanic discovered error codes for misaligned sensors.and lost communication. they never aligned the sensors. stay away from this place Plaza's Service and Parts department next door is really professional. these are 2 different businesses. many people (like me) think body shop is the professional dealer but its not.
