        Terrible service, they dont value you as years long client, they just want your money. It doesnt means anything if you come there for 8 years, they must have made so much money over the time that they dont need to worry to be nice to people. Only one thing they care about is that you purchase always over $10 minimum, because this is how they make you buy more stuff. Years ago their minimum was around $5. Well selling bagels is not a mastery, you can even be nasty to your clients because its a bagel everyone wants anyways, no special skills needed.
