Horrible experience I arrived with my partner open business account for nail salon. Im existing business account costumer for 2 years opened my online banking and gave account nr. Business account representative asked me and my partner 3 times if we are citizens, I answered her and so my partner, after that she took special flash light to see if our DMV drivers licenses are real. I told her I have account and all documents guys you have on file I showed her account number on my app gave my ssn She kept asking again if we are citizens, and if our business will be involved in any money laundering or international not legal affairs. My partner he is FDA employee and Im RN. We could not believe, as we sat there and see what is she doing. My last name has changed due to divorce and of some reason it was not changed on existing account, I showed her court papers about last name change and new drivers license , she inspected paper with flash light and was asking me questions why on the court paper there some x letter. I said I dont know but even when I changed drivers license DMV didnt ask such question or ssn office didnt ask too. She took flash ligh and was going through our Dvm driver licenses!!! Than she asked once again if we are citizens At that point we just left I cant believe. We both felt offended discriminated by such unprofessional behavior!!!

Was at the branch for some financial advice, spoke to mr. Adrian Airini. He was super friendly polite and of course professional, solved all my problems. Thank you Bank Of America for having such pleasant and knowledgeable staff at your branches.

I have an issues with an existing fraudulent claim. I was fully ignored by the assistant at the desk despite the fact I had an appointment.

My husband and I recently went to this branch of the bank. We were very satisfied! We are Russian speakers, according to the reviews, I realized that in this department there is a Russian-speaking employee Adrian, he was very praised. I booked myself and my husband to meet with him. A very friendly and benevolent person, explained everything, told in detail about all the nuances of the bank's products. He worked very quickly and professionally. We will definitely continue to cooperate with him. Rated 5 out of 5.
