        I have been with BOA for over 10 years, and for the last month could not log into online banking. After calling BOA several times over the corse of the month, they were still unable to help--except for putting me thru a tortured process of "verification" via endless codes, user id changes etc. stil doesnt work. BOA is abhorent with its small business customers and I cant say anything good about them. I should have left them years ago.
