I was left with a demolished apt and needed a complete renovation ASAP! Not knowing any contractors I simply googled “my zip code and contractor” and A.K. AZAD Construction Co. was my result. I called Saif for an estimate and was presented with a fair price with insightful/cost effective suggestions. Work included- wood flooring, exterior doors, painting interior, new bathrooms, full kitchen, installing new closets, ceiling insulation, lighting, electrical, plumbing work, etc. The renovation was completed professionally, under time, and most importantly within budget!!! Saif is a CAPABLE and PROFESSIONAL individual who goes above and beyond. I appreciated his suggestions and his ability to communicate throughout the duration of the project. I am very happy with the result and love my new place. I am forever grateful for Saif and A.K. AZAD Construction Co. for doing such a great job and making this renovation a great experience. Dear Mr. Moe Islam, This letter is to officially inform you of monetary theft of funds received without labor rendered. You have demonstrated deceptive business practices. You started construction in 2017 which you have NOT completed to date, but yet experienced financial gain. Taking advantage of the public is reprehensible and punishable. Please remit a full refund of monies paid for construction. The construction has to be re-done by professionals. You are incompetent for this scale of work and should have not accepted the task. Thus far, you have demonstrated fraudulently and shall be exposed. Again, I advise you to refund our monies paid immediately.

I had cement work that had to be done in the front side and back of my house. The work completed was excellent. My brother now has a path for this wheelchair to bring in in and out of my house. My backyard can now hosts guests becasue it is beautiful. The contractor was excelent. His employees were respectful and made sure that my brother was able at times to get in and out of my home while the work was being done. If you have any work that needs to be done in a home I extremely recomend this company for any job even a small one.
