Jimmy of CRE is awesome. I took a chance and randomly googled credit repair. He had the most stars and obvious real comments so i called him up. Dude gave me a very fair price. No bs retainer every month. Told me exactly what he was going to try to do told me it could take some time. Had me sign a contract and is delivering as promised. Could not be more happy. Took some big items off my credit report in a few weeks and my score jumped significantly. I dont leave comments or reviews. I do the 5 stars and leave, but i wanted people to know that Jimmy works with you, is really communicative, and tells you everything upfront.

I highly recommend this company. I called and spoke to Jimmy - without an appointment - and he dedicated an HOUR of his time to help me. He went over my credit report in detail and gave me step by step instructions on how to improve it. I cant say enough good things about Jimmy. I wouldnt hesitate to reach out the him again in the figure, or to recommend him to my family and friends.

I reached out to Jimmy in the beginning of the year (Jan 2022) and was pleasantly surprised with how knowledgeable and professional he is. He did everything he said he would to help me repair my credit report and thanks to him I got approved for a mortgage!! I can now buy my home!! I'm so thankful and grateful to Jimmy and his services

Simon and Jimmy were very nice so thats why theyre getting 3 stars. I went in for a consultation, I felt very confident about everything. However it was a bit pricy so I told them to give me until payday, I cant remember which one told me that I would receive an email to look over before we get started and I said ok. Over a week later I never received the email, so I gave them a call and let them know. I think it was Jimmy who answered the phone? He put me on hold and said he would check why I didnt receive the email, comes back on and tells me hes going to need some time to figure out my account and I asked if he had all my contact details and he said yes and I told him I would talk to him soon. That was a week ago and I still havent heard anything back. UPDATE: I received a call apologizing about the lack of communication which I appreciate so much. Since the call the communication has been absolutely amazing and Im very confident about the help they can provide for me. I will update again once I see some progress. However Im confident that they deserve 5 stars.

I cant even put into words how great these guys are.. before even getting started working on my issue I was on the phone for almost an hour going over what effects a credit score and ways to improve it. That conversation alone was worth more than they charged me for my actual issue. When it came to getting a bank error removed from my report went above and beyond.. no kidding, at least 20 phone calls back and forth with my bank fighting for me. You know you someone loves their job when they take it personally that a bank is trying to screw you over. They would not stop until the issue was resolved, got my credit score back up over 100 points.. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to fix their credit, no issues too big or too small they will fight for every point.
