Worst customer service here. Not sure why it is nyu langone. Had appointment at 5:10pm, be there at 5:05pm to check in, no other patients, only me. Waited half hour not to be called from nurse. I asked front desk, the receptionist said doctor scheduled was behind and her attitude was whatever, not my fault. I cancelled appointment and left

Worst service ever, not why it is under nyu langone system. Checked in on time, no other patients at office, but waited half hour not be called by nurse. And the front desk was rude too, didn't explain anything

I view this whole experience as someone who has degree in sports medicine. I had physical therapy treatment at this location during which they only gave me cardiovascular exercise and no conditioning via resistance exercise and expected for me to develop muscle strength in type 2 b muscle fibers. If anything, my walking improved but not my strength. And they blamed me for not getting stronger! Staff gave me no stretching after working with them each day and I finally started doing stretching myself as if I had not done that I would be in pain. Compared to NYU Langone location in Manhattan, this was total waste of my time and insurance money that they did not forget to collect. They also submitted negative report to my insurance after which it will be very hard for me to get treatment at another physical therapy practice. I know exactly what they should have done and had not done it. Do not waste your time with them.

The russian doctors are incompetent, im not saying they arent smart, but they are lazy and diagnose you without running any tests. They do not provide patient centered care, they just want to charge your insurance for every visit and dont listen to you in how they can help you.
