        Was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes for pick up. Arrived to get it and was told it would be another five minutes. 15 minutes later, my food still have not arrived. The excuse: the kitchen was busy. Is that not the point of a restaurant? Had you told me from the outset it would be 30 to 40 minutes, that wouldve been fine. If you tell me in 20 minutes, that is what I expect. You set the expectation you should meet it.
