Its a Scam do not go with this company they dont give your money back guarantee its a lieeeeee these people are phonies I paid $1200 and didnt even get anything with them the work looks like anyone can do! Your better off doing it yourself or going somewhere else!!!!!!

My story is the same as most of the negative reviews posted against this company. They closed our websitemade it non accessible due to a bandwidth problem. We paid over $800 for a simple website and $1300 for a 3 year contract to host our simple site. I have been contacted 4-5 times for a security and bandwidth upgrade that would cost around $2K to upgrade. This is as more of a strong arm upsell technique Im not fond of. I wouldnt agree to this erroneous upgrade so now our simple Veterans support website is inoperable since I wont support a plan which Id classify as digital extortion. So, this is a learning experience for me. Dont ever use this company again and do better research. I have empathy for the others who were wronged by the business practices of this company.

DO NOT contract with Olive Web Studios for anything. Look at Google & BBB Reviews. This is a pattern and scam they have done to many clients. Olive appears to be a legitimate business, contracts, begins the project, and then disappears with your money. This is a breach of contract and fraud. Here are the facts. 1. I found Olive Web Studio via Bark.com which is a website to find web designers. 2. Olive put on a great face and promise great results. 3. Olive offers discounts and guarantees to lure unsuspecting clients. 4. The project started fine. Everything seemed normal. 5. Then my project manager stopped responding and disappeared. 6. I have tried repeatedly to call, email, message on the project portal, and the general customer service contact info. Olive will not respond. 7. I contacted Bark.com to share the negative feedback. 8. I engaged my attorney, and we mailed a breach of contract letter. No response. 9. I followed up by emailing the breach of contract letter to multiple Olive contacts. No response. 10. I filed a complaint with the New York Attorney General. 11. I filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. 12. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. 13. I posted negative reviews on business review sites.

Good people, professional and articulate for what its worth. Worked with me during a very trying time in my life when I needed a helping hand. Have a detailed process that is transparent and they help guide you through with them. They move fast as long as you move fast with them. There will be many times that they will need input from you to constantly make sure that they are designing and developing the product you have envisioned, not just assume whatever they think decision should be made and make it the way they see things. They want to create your vision, not theirs. And they are FAST, so..... make sure that you constantly are looking out for their communication to you however you chose to be communicated with via call, text, email, etc. If you don't communicate back with what your vision is then you will only be prolonging the process that they can actually complete very quickly. (I emphasise this because I was horrible with my communication which hindered my progress because I always was expecting them to take longer then they did. So very fast, keep up and you will be thoroughly pleased and keep the positive momentum rolling on both ends of the stick!) Good company, a lot of structure, again good people, smart teams, great work ethic, FAST! 5 Stars here. Thanks Guys, Reynold Smith
