Today, I called the agency at 30 minutes before closing to switch my coverage from one auto to another. Eileen was out for the day and I had the opportunity to speak with my agent, Dan, directly. It was an unexpected pleasure (sorry if that sounds corny); but Dan completed my request in less than 20 minutes. The car dealer and I now have what is needed to complete the purchase on Monday. There have been numerous contacts with this agency of State Farm; all positive. Not once have I regretted my decision to change insurance providers - I had been with Prudential in the past for many years until they changed the products they offer. I had a brief (very brief) relationship with Geico. I will say no more. If you are looking for an honest, efficient, and caring insurance agency, look to State Farm. If you want the BEST in Western NY, call Dan Scaglione. I will not even consider working with anyone else. Thank you Dan and Eileen for all you have done for my husband and I in the past several years!!

I had an unfortunate circumstance happen to a home of mine. I called Dan my insurance man and he set everything in motion. Between Dan and Ron my claims adjuster my experience was unbelievable. They walked me through the entire process, gave me a check for my repairs, I can't thank Dan and Ron enough for making this so easy. State Farm and their team are the best!! Thanks so much. Dean

The whole staff is exceptional. I came across a problem recently , where i was in a bind. Dan Scaglione personally came to my job and delivered paperwork that i needed for accident that occured. He's a life saver !
