        Mostly every time they bring my burger to the table it's cold also the fries are cold and Soggy. For the price it's not worth it. Burger King or McDonald's taste just as good

        I stopped into the Burgerfi location on Jericho Turnpike in Cammack, NY, for a quick lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger combo. The burger was very good but the fries were bad and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order which gave me 5 minutes to eat. The fries were black and limp but tasted burnt. I think the oil may have been burnt. See the photo. The staff did not seem to have any urgency. I would have had better fries up the street at Wendy's.
