I hired him in October and I’ve heard nothing. His law practice states he is permanently closed. I payed him in full. I have used him in the past and he was great!!!! I’m so worried!!!

Unfortunately, I don’t have anything nice to say. A job he said would take a few weeks has been since August. He doesn’t return calls or answer his door. Unfortunately we will be having to file an attorney grievance complaint with the NY State Courts. Don’t let his niceties fool you. He’s lazy and happy to take your money. Don’t pay him upfront not one penny if you HAVE to use him.

Frank Chery did the work, got her out. Thats what I paid him for. He does the job. She stuck me for half the rents but he got her to leave. I would recommend Mr. Chery!

He wont answer the phone and its too bad because he was very good and helped me a lot at a reasonable price.. Thank you Mr Chery

If I could give no stars I would.  He did our home sale and was of little to no help the entire time.  We were never able to reach him when we had a question and he took days to respond.  One time, we had to actually go to his office to get a response after calling 4 times over the course of 2 weeks.  He has no personality and was unable to answer our questions or concerns.  The buyer's attorney had to actually answer a question for us at our closing when he had no clue how to respond.  He also denied giving us information at our initial meeting that actually could have jeopardized our closing.  And after the closing, he never gave us a copy of the breakdown of costs (even after calling and leaving several messages).  Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a competent attorney.  He is the worst, stay away.
