Bad management. The store manger, Mr. Mohamed, doesn't know how to respect and listen to the customer. One of cashiers, old lady was yelling at customer. The worst and most terrible experience never had in the CVS... I doubt that company has a training program for their store manager and employees.

The worst staff I have ever seen in any drugstore. Especially the ones working at the pharmacy. They are super lazy and rude. They dont even pick up calls and when they do after a long wait they just hang up. Absolutely unprofessional. They should learn something from the pharmacy staff at Walgreens in College Point who have been a pleasure the last 10 years.

This store only has our regular meds in stock about 75% of the time. Due to HQ policy they can only receive orders on 1 day of the week and they must put in that order 2 days before that delivery. So we often wait almost 2 weeks to get what we need. We switched our more crucial meds to Whitestone Pharmacy instead. These mom and pop shops can order any day they wish and receive the product 2 days later. It matters a lot. Due to CVS my son endured his first half of final exams with no meds. This was even though we ordered almost 2 weeks in advance. Thats how I learned my lesson about using local pharmacies instead.

If I could give a zero I would. Ive honestly never been to such a rude cvs. I walk in to the printing kiosk and they tell me I need to use the app and itll be 30 minutes. Doesnt allow me to explain what im trying to do simply says to use the app and that he doesnt know. I use the app but have a question and simply says I dont know. Once I have finally figured it out, I let him know and he say 30 minutes. I wait 30 minutes because I need it as soon as possible, while he is simply just sitting there practically doing nothing. Finally 30 minutes come and he gets up and goes to the computer. Then he says oh we dont print this even if the app says we do, we dont. Needless to say I just spent and hour and a half in this CVS and still did not get my things printed. The guy was apparently the manager, definitely not a good one though. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT GO HERE!!
