TGI Fridays

Its was my wifes birthday and we went to eat at TGIFridays. Stake was cooked perfectly. Margarita was the best and they sang to our surprise happy birthday with nice rainbow cake. Waitress and staff were great.

Celebrating a birthday, our party of nine showed for a end of the night dinner with family & friends. I seem to start out good until.... Where should I start? Party of 9 and they sat us by the bathroom. Good thing it's set up in a way that there isn't a direct line to it, so no smell. FOOD: I don't know if the cooks didn't want to cook, but the meals were to be desired. Most of the group ordered burgers. Simple, right? No! Everyone had buns that were hard as heck. The kids were knocking on the table with it, and no crumbs came off. One order was so wrong that she just gave the whole place back and lost her appetite. The burger was all wrong. We ordered pasta dishes, and one came overcooked. The other was fine. Then they overcooked, missing items and just a total mess. SERVICE: She was nice, but...1 of the girls were ordering a pasta dish and asked about how the paste was cooked. She liked her paste, El dent. She made a recommendation on a different dish and told her to have that instead. Needless to say It was not good, and my niece said she should have stuck to the pasta. it came out wrong. She could have been more attentive to detail when it came to the food. I understand she's not the cook, but check the orders before bringing them out. She also wasn't very clear or informative. For example, we were there for a birthday, so i secretly asked for the whole embarrassing happy birthday to be done to this 16. Fine, no problem, right? Well the couples meal that my friend and I ordered came with dessert brownie. We asked for our desserts and it never came. What did come the birthday dessertand the singing. I thought cool. She must be bring ours out next. Still nothing. So, when I asked again about the couples' meal dessert she said, " That was it. It was brought out as the birthday dessert with the birthday song. I thought you wanted me to do..." Instead of asking us, she assumed I was talking about the birthday dessert and because our meal came with a dessert., we wanted to use that as the birthday dessert. So I asked if the birthday dessert was free. She told me no, and it was extra. NOW, I am really offended that you thought we couldn't afford, another $8.00 on our bill fo the birthday desert that is separate. But you didn't bother to explain that prior to. I clearly said can we have our desserts now. So, we left it as is because we were done with it all. The wrong orders, the over cooked dishes, missing items and mix-ups. We were just over it all.and want to leave. BEST PART OF THE NIGHT: 1. The manager did replace the all the burger buns with fresh ones. 2. They did give us my military discount. 3. I was with family and friends. Would not go back there. At least on a Saturday after 8pm. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp inside and everything is on one level.
