Please believe the bad reviews of this company. I wish I had read them before securing their services for a family members funeral service. We asked for a Mercedes Sprinter van to transport our family to the church, gravesite and repast. All within a 2 mile radius of each other. I specifically asked Mike the manager if the sprinter was a newer model and if I would receive the drivers cell the day prior to ensure contact in case of anything. Mike assured me his sprinters were 2018 or newer and he did not state I would receive the number or name of the driver. To sum up the main issues out of many:1. The sprinter van was not up to date and looked like it had not been washed prior to picking us up2. The driver was dressed inappropriately, he was wearing regular clothing and threw on a Black vest3. The driver did not have the information of where to go and kept asking my grieving in laws for directions4. The driver held up the process of getting to the gravesite because he was parked in the back of the funeral home and no one had his phone number to let him know to come to the front since he did not give it to us.After all this horrible service, my husband and I still gave a 20% tip due to not wanting any issues on such a sad day. Well I get a nasty message from Mike the next day accusing me of not tipping the driver. I call Mike immediately and explained I shared with the driver the balance I owed and then counted out the 20% tip in front of him. Mike tells me he will check with his driver, in a tone as though I may be lying. I call back 2 hours later to see if he spoke with the driver he answers with an attitude and states no he did not and he will call me back when he does. I do not receive a call back that day, so I call the following day, only for Mike to inform me his driver "isnt too smart" and that we did pay him. I state that I am very upset about the service and share all the above with Mike and his reply was "he is a new guy we are still training him." Well for me to pay $1000 total with tip and have service like this with a new driver for a 2 mile radius event and to be accused of not tipping demonstrates the horrible level of service by this company. Please believe the reviews. They have the same rates as others they are not worth your time.

Reading some of the reviews on here had me a bit skeptical on booking a limo from this company. I was looking for a limo to take my friends and I to a vineyard out East for my friends birthday who was visiting from North Carolina so I was trying to make it extra special for her. Mike was very nice and was always available to answer any of my frantic phone calls and questions. He assured me that everything in the limo would be working and it all did work! The limo was a little outdated but it was fine and Joe, who was our driver, was nothing short of fantastic! He was an absolute delight and was very attentive to all of our needs. I was interested in booking, but after reading some of your reviews on here, I think I'll try somewhere else. I'm sorry to see that some of the responses are rude and aggressive, so I'm glad I'll be avoiding this company.

Used this rental company to rent a sprinter van for my bachelorette weekend. Michael (I assume he was owner or office manager) was awesome, so helpful with all questions and the booking process itself. The value compared to other local companies is unmatched. Jon was our driver, he was so attentive and made the day fun and memorable for us. I would most definitely use this company again. Thank you for making everything so special! Service: Private tours

Rented a 14 passenger party bus with parlor style seating. Driver arrived early and drove safely. Bus was clean, seating was comfortable, music worked easily with our iPhone wires.
